The Connecticut Academy of Family Physicians is a professional medical society dedicated to maintaining high standards of family medicine representing 600 family physicians, residents and medical students.
CAFP provides members with practice-based support, education, government relations and public relations services. We advocate for family physicians and their patients while working to recruit more family physicians to care for patients across Connecticut.
